A4uEvents Terms and Conditions

All registrations are made subject to the terms and conditions of a4uEvents (Existem Ltd) as set out below. By either booking or booking and subsequently attending an a4uEvent you warrant and represent that you abide by all the terms and conditions of this agreement.

  1. All cancellations for a4uEvents must be made by writing and sent to Claire Hoyland, 4.4 Paintworks, Bath Road, Bristol, BS4 3EH no later that 30 days prior to the event. Cancellation letters received less than 30 days, but prior to 7 days from the start of the conference will receive 50% refund. All refunds will be subject to a 5% reduction of the transaction to cover service charges.
  2. If we are obliged to cancel an event due to insufficient numbers we will endeavor to reschedule the event, if this is not possible a full refund will be made.
  3. When booking your attendance we will ask your permission to be contacted by the events main sponsors. Depending on how you reply, sponsored parties may contact you by post or email with information or offers regarding their goods and services. Your data will not be provided to any other third party.
  4. As an attendee of an a4uEvent you have a duty to maintain health and safety standards for your own and others benefit.
  5. a4uEvents accepts no responsibility for the actions of you or others while under the influence of alcohol.
  6. Any vigorous pitching by sales staff will be taken seriously and may result in a ban from future a4uEvents.
  7. a4uEvents may be photographed and recorded, by registering for an event you are giving permission to be photographed / recorded and or video taped. These will be used for public display on Existem Ltd websites.
