We are now approaching the 150 registrations mark for our affiliate marketing networking BBQ, Bristol on the 20th July.

We have a number of new members to affiliates4u and also a4uevents, so I thought I’d inform people what to expect from the event.

The afternoon will start around 4pm where we will be meeting on the harbour-side, outside in the sun (hopefully) with a few optional casual drinks, - You won’t miss us just look out for a big a4uevents flag / balloons.

At 7pm the event will officially commence with a reception drink at @Bristol, you’ll pick up your badge which will be colour coded, enabling delegates to see at a glance who are representatives from networks, agencies, merchants , and who are affiliates.

A number of delegate lists will be available, so you can track down individuals at the event; if you don’t know, then ask one of us wearing the special a4uevents T-Shirts.
@Bristol is a science centre, so you’ll be able to explore the exhibition zone themed around power and construction; communications and technology; the body and brain and natural forces phenomena!

After a short while we will move upstairs to the top floor, where we have a dedicated room, and two lovely, spacious balconies overlooking Millennium Square and Bristol Cathedral – perfect for noise-free networking. Dress code for these events is really as you feel comfortable, smart casual is popular.

We have a number of team building games you can enter throughout the evening, including Giant Darts! A Tug of War competition (we’ll tell you how to enter your team shortly) and Welly Racing!

We have a sit-down BBQ with dessert, a few short messages from our sponsors and then later in the evening we have ‘The Suspects’ entertaining the crowd, an eight piece band, the Suspects line up includes a classic three piece horn section, and a rock solid rhythm section consisting of guitar, bass, drums and Hammond. Famously, the band have no set list and large sections of the show are improvised every night ensuring every gig is different.

The event closes at 1am – however for those that like to party hard there are plenty of bars, clubs and casinos very close to the venue.
For those affiliates who have not yet registered, you won’t regret doing so, this is a great opportunity to network with like-minded individuals and companies.
We currently have a very impressive delegate list with many of the top performing affiliates attending, and a good selection of networks, agencies and merchants.
